Sept. 13—Smithsonian Led Danube River Cruise Mary Ann Stasiak will discuss a cruise trip from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Prague, Czech Republic. The trip focused on the very transient nature of many cultures who conquered and then ruled the area over time.

Sept. 20—Total Solar Eclipse Travel Jim and Sharon Gardepe love to travel to see solar eclipses which often means locations that are off the beaten path. Participants can share the Gardepe’s enthusiasm for learning about the world, its people, and solar eclipses through the photographs they will share. 

Sept. 27—Northern Italy & Alpine Villages Steve & Brenda Wynn enjoyed a Grand Circle Tour of Northern Italy and Alpine Villages a few years ago. They spent the first week in the Lake District of Italy and the last part of the month-long trip in Germany. They have interesting pictures to show and talk about from this trip.

Oct. 4—The Ill-Fated 2020 Round the World Cruise Shortly after Conn sisters, Claudia and Laurie, left on their Oceania Round the World cruise, the world learned of COVID-19, and all travelers were returned from ships to be socially distanced for the rest of the year. However, Laurie will present pictures taken before COVID and share their adventures from Miami, FL, to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Claudia will add tips for preparing for a long cruise.

Oct. 11—Let’s Take A Trip Through the American Southwest Tom Ress travelled through New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas in 2020 and visited some of the country’s most scenic national parks, state parks, national wildlife refuges, and other natural sites. He will present Saguaro National Park, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, Sedona, and more.
