This class is for those who work all day in an office and/or have built up work, life, or body stress. The purpose is to help you relax, unwind, and release stress from your mind, body, and spirit. This is a non- competitive class. Dress for moving. Bring a water bottle and arrive to unwind, de-stress, and relax.
