The Enneagram, a personality typing system, is an ancient tool that helps us observe ways we cope in the world. It describes nine different strategies we develop as children for survival. We suffer as adults when these strategies (habitual thoughts and behaviors) no longer benefit our greatest and highest good. Recognizing these old patterns is the first step toward personal and spiritual growth.

The Enneagram shows us a pathway toward personal and spiritual well-being and better relationships with others. By careful observation of our specific personality type, we can loosen our ego defenses and interact with others in a healthier way.

In this interactive course, we will discuss the nine personality types and their characteristics, strengths, challenges, and pathways for growth.
