Good physical balance is a major player in overall good health. Poor balance is a leading cause of falls as we age. Join us as we test our balancing skills, learn balancing techniques, gain strength and flexibility. This course introduces balance exercise suitable for all levels of fitness ability. We will use therabands for strength exercises and learn flexibility and proper breathing techniques.
