This program features four separate classes meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month beginning in August. Each one-hour class is interactive to increase participant learning.

  • Sugar Truths provides education about America’s main health-compromising food, sugar! Participants will learn how to identify where sugar is hidden in processed foods and drinks at grocery stores, restaurants, and in fast foods.
  • Eating for Energy helps participants discover the foods and other life factors that contribute to or drain energy and vitality. We’ll also map your life balance to see where energy may be leaking. Learn the top tips to increase energy.
  • Weigh Less Live More will provide you the 10 unexpected causes of weight gain,10 tips to lose pounds, and 10 tips to feed your soul.
  • Women’s Wellness Workshop reviews the common health concerns for women, potential contributors to health issues, and essential practices for optimal health, including the importance of nutritious food.
