Practicing Forgiveness

The process of forgiving begins with understanding “unforgiveness.” This class will address important questions: What is forgiveness? When am I in that place? What are the effects of “unforgiveness” on my health, my finances, my relationships, and my spiritual journey? How do I forgive others? How do I forgive myself? Sometimes being human means behaving badly and messing up, so it is important to learn how to forgive and be forgiven. Forgiveness is a daily practice that leads to a lifetime of health and wholeness. Cancer Centers of America refers to lack of forgiveness, “non- forgiveness,” as a disease that impacts the body. There is now “Forgiveness Therapy.”
