Special Collections

February 13, 2018 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Downtown Library, 3rd Floor Special Collections

Instructor: David Lilly

The Library’s Special Collections Department is a major community resource for local history, documents and photographs. This class will allow LearningQUEST members to select a variety of local history research topics and do directed research during the course of the term. Special Collections staff and volunteer historians will work with LQ members in directing their research. The results will be digitized and printed and/or added to the library’s historical database collection. If you’ve ever wanted to learn to do significant research on fascinating local topics, this will be a unique opportunity to do so.

This program is open to the public.
