Feeling frustrated trying to keep up with the latest changes in technology? You are not alone. This course will discuss the rate of accelerations of change in technology versus the human rate of ability to adapt, and the impact of this mismatch on the individual, politics, and society. What are the bigger implications for the future? Just how great is the magnitude of change through which we are transitioning? Will we endure as homo sapiens, or are we on the cusp of evolving into a new species?

We will consider some recommendations for finding balance for the individual and for establishing stability and sustainability in society, culture, and governance.
