Job Opening: Operations Manager, LearningQUEST

The Board of Directors of LearningQUEST is seeking an individual to fill the flexible-hours part-time position of Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will implement Board policies, coordinate day-to-day activities, assist the Board of Directors in accomplishing the LearningQUEST mission and facilitating its overall program development and execution.

Specific duties include:

  • developing and implementing operational procedures,
  • maintaining operational records and documents,
  • preparation of materials for meetings,
  • supporting and recruiting new members,
  • leading and coordinating volunteers,
  • attending Board meetings,
  • developing and presenting the annual budget,
  • and assistance in promoting LearningQUEST.

Desired qualifications: experience with a non-profit organization as an employee, volunteer, or both; excellent oral and written communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office; budgeting experience; college degree or some college preferred.
