De-Stress Chair Yoga will help you relax, unwind, and release stress from your mind, body and spirit. This class incorporates mindful deep breathing, visualization, gentle yoga moves, and focuses on standing balance in and around a chair. The simple and therapeutic movements are designed for individual comfort at an optimum level. This is a non-competitive class. Dress for moving. Bring a water bottle and arrive to unwind, de-stress, focus balance, and relax.
