Join Chef CC to explore a variety of Italian pasta and risotto dishes. Menu: Penne with Vodka Sauce, Mushroom Risotto, Florentine Balsamic Chicken, and Tiramisu. Chef CC will provide recipe packs and demonstrate how to make each of these dishes. Samples of each dish will be served. Fee: $50 to be paid to the coordinator prior to the class.
