Having a strong core comes from doing positive core moves on a regular basis to help you become stronger and pain-free for a vibrant life. This movement class will guide you into simple yet powerful core moves in and around a chair, standing, and on the floor.The class offers a blend of yoga, Qigong, therapeutic somatic moves, deep breathing, hand weights, stretching, and a five-minute relaxation session at the end of class. Prior to class, you will be emailed a core educational handout and a release of liability waiver. The Madison Library is located at 142 Plaza Blvd. Max: 50
