The BeamFit program helps improve muscle tone, strength, endurance, posture, mobility and flexabilty while heightening balance, sensory and self-awareness. It is a whole-body-focused workout session. The Beam provides a reactive, dynamic workout while standing, kneeling, sitting and lying down. The Beamfit program is taught barefoot with an innovative, lightweight beam made of a special high-density foam that is 5 eet long, 6 inches wide and 2 inches high..To participate in this class, you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor and do the class barefoot. All equipment used in the class will be porvided. Please bring water to class. Classes will be held at First Baptist Church (Lower Gathering); 600 Governors Drive; Huntsville, AL 35801.
