This course will present the basics of how to begin a personal meditation practice. Meditation has many benefits such as relief from stress and anxiety as well as training the mind to maintain presence while building tools for greater ease amidst challenging emotions and body sensations. Class members will learn to develop their own meditation practice in a way that will work for them
