Everyone can participate in these online Zoom chair
yoga sessions. These 45-minute sessions will be great
for beginners and those on a tight schedule. Sessions
will work on mindfulness, joint mobility, flexibility, balance, and breathing practices while learning basic poses, flows, and modifications. Zoom can be used over a phone, tablet, or computer. Beginners, seniors, and the yoga shy are encouraged to
