For those interested in experiencing a Fitness and Balance class but not ready to dive in full speed, this 6- week course puts emphasis on balance, fall prevention, strengthening, and flexibility. All equipment for the class will be provided by Steady for Life. Bring water to class. The class will be held at the First Baptist Church, 600 Governors Drive SW, Huntsville, AL 35801.
