Falling is the leading cause of injuries among seniors 65 and older. This four-week class will address risk factors involved in falling; how to get up safely after a fall; and how to get down onto the floor safely. The class will also address how to accommodate a knee or hip replacement, shoulder injury, or damage from the fall. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
