This class will focus on discovering the art and benefit of laughter. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemical. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain. Laughter has physical benefits like relaxing muscles and lowering stress hormones. Mild and moderate exercises which are age appropriate are incorporated in these sessions. Initially people who commence these sessions with inhibition and speculation leave the room feeling happy and light.
