With 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, the instructor learned a framework for discussion with anyone looking to expand their circle of influence or serve more effectively in the community. Using the recommended text The Leadership Challenge, this course explores the five characteristics of exemplary leaders – personal experiences related to these characteristics will be shared. Class members also will be encouraged to examine their own personal best leadership moments.
