Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is
practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It is one of the
most popular methods of movement for seniors. It
involves a series of movements performed in a slow,
focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Practicing Tai Chi can improve both physical and mental
health. Qigong involves using exercise to optimize
energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of
improving and maintaining health and well-being.
