Tai Chi for Qigong

Tai Chi (TIE-CHEE) is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise and one of the most popular methods of movement for seniors. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Practicing Tai Chi can improve both physical and mental health. Qigong involves using exercise to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
