It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Practicing Tai Chi can improve both physical and mental health. Qigong involves using exercise to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well being. This class is for both beginner- and intermediate-level participants.
