Visual rhetoric refers to how we interpret and make meaning out of anything we see. This course will train participants to analyze and appreciate the impact of imagery, color, font, and placement, as persuasive elements in advertising, texts, and the world around us. Class members will participate in class discussions of interesting images and open their eyes to the visual world.
